I'm testing the final patch right now. For the runtime configuration,
I've decided to go with an environment variable, ugly as that is
(Windows-only, of course). The tests'll take a little longer than usual,
becaues I have to test twice as many combinations on Windows (all three
RA variants times (.svn, _svn)), but expect a commit in about an hour.

As it turned out, I had to fiddle with the Python tests again... yuckity
yuck. But hey, shutting up a horde of ASP.NET users is worth it. :)
