I've added autogen-standalone.mk to svn:ignore in r16131. Thanks!

The autogen-standalone.mk file is needed by autogen.sh for --release
mode builds, so that we can compile SWIG headers to C files in
autogen.sh. Would it make sense to add a --release switch (or similar)
to gen-make.py as well, so that autogen-standalone.mk is only
generated in release mode?

Cheers,

David
