neon 0.25 (issue 2297)

Hello.

When will neon 0.25 be in a subversion binary release for windows?
IOW, when will the shipping subversion for win32 be compiled with
SVN_NEON_0_25_0?

Are there outstanding bugs that need to be resolved? Can I help?

I'm anxiously awaiting neon 0.25 for working SSPI/kerberos support on
Windows.
