I suspected this -- that's why I asked :) There's no need to change
the function names or param names, but we could put the typedef
declarations in a separate (Win32-specific) header file, so as to keep
the style of the cmdline.c file consistent. Ideas?

Thanks for your patch. :) I will not have a chance to work on this,
because I'm focusing on the bindings this summer. But hopefully
another committer will pick up on this.
