Fixes go to trunk by default and get merged to the release branches when
committers recommend them (see HACKING for details). The release notes
point to the CHANGES file
(http://svn.collab.net/repos/svn/trunk/CHANGES), which contain a list of
fixed issues. So if 2078 doesn't show up under "Version 1.2.0", it is
safe to say its fix has not made it to 1.2.0.
