It's not just new features -- it's new people. Which is great! But I
think requires some technical changes for us to scale better. I'll
post a separate mail about that in a moment.

And I'm sure those lists aren't even complete :-).

In a (different) separate mail, I'd like to propose that 1.3 be
essentially a bugfix release, though with some minor enhancements or
new features. There are various reasons for this, but I'll save them
for that mail.

We're growing; some of the old clothes won't fit anymore...
