so many features!

Has anyone noticed how the new-feature floodgates have opened? :-)

I'm not saying it's a bad thing, it's just interesting. During the
long 6-month period of svn 1.2 work, it seemed like most folks were
happy to step back and let the locking feature come into being. Maybe
that's because we essentially defined svn 1,2 as "locking". But now
that 1.2 is done, we don't seem to have a strict definition of 1.3.
Combine that with the SoC students, and there's a whole lot of
activity now...

Proposals currently being discussed:

   * inherited properties, leading to log templates (kfogel)

   * directory inclusion/exclusion for 'svn co -N' (breser)

   * svnserve path-based authz (david anderson)

   * 'svn checkout --takeover' (jonathan gilbert)

   * svnserve logging (brian holmes)

And proposals that we're expecting will come soon:

   * atomic renames within libsvn_fs (cmpilato)

   * optional text-bases (maxb)

   * svnserve SASL authtn (drew bowering)

   * work on python/ruby/php bindings (djames, kouhei, w.zeller)

   * jabber plugin (brian davis)

   * improved DAV efficiency (jean-marc godbout)
