I don't think that's a good idea. If you only make svn: properties
inheritable, then properties can't be used as a means of project
settings. For example, TSVN has its own properties defined which are
used as settings-per-project, and iprops would be perfect for that. But
if only svn: properties are inheritable, then TSVN can't use that feature.
