It's been a few weeks since the 1.2.0 release, and Karl and I think
we've got enough bugfixes for a 1.2.1 release.

I've provided a list below. Maybe we can do some reviewing and
voting in the next few days, and then a 1.2.1 release next week?

--------------------------

Things that are already merged into the 1.2.x tree:

fixed: 'svn log' performance regression (r14116, 14772, 14759)
fixed: 'svn (un)lock' errors on multiple targets (r14736, 14775)
fixed: svn-push segfault (r14732)
fixed: don't initialize RA library in 'svnversion' (r14755)
fixed: win32 innosetup's add/repair/remove features (r14830)
translation updates: spanish, swedish

Still waiting for 1.2.x STATUS votes:

fixed: 'svn unlock' loses executable bit
fixed: 'svn lock' on switched file locks wrong repos item
fixed: partially broken FSFS copyfrom caching
fixed: mod_dav_svn bug sets content-type incorrectly
fixed: python bindings md5 digest functions
redhat RPM fixes
