Available ports and the Subversion/Ruby test suite

On my machine, the Ruby tests fail because they use port 19191, which
is in use by a user-authentication agent for my firewall. The tests
segfault, actually.

Would it be possible to switch the tests to use a different port? I
recommend either using the default port for svnserve, or using port
19192, which, according to the list of registered ports, is not
commonly used. See
http://www.bekkoame.ne.jp/~s_ita/port/port13000-19999.html

Alternatively, we could use a range of ports, and pick the first one
that works. What do you think is the best solution?

Cheers,

David
