"Source code" section of "Documents & files" re-organized

The release candidate-related entries -- which are just pointers to the
downloads area -- have been moved out of the root of the "Source code"
folder, and into a "Pre-release" folder (which was previously known as
"Alpha/Beta"). This moves RC cruft out of the way of users looking only
for the latest source code tarball.

An alternate organization would be to move those files into a new
"1.2.x" sub-folder. (I followed the existing precedent instead.)
