Re: 1.2.0 tarballs up for testing/signing

I know next to nothing about building on BSD/*nix, but I do see a lot of
references to 1.1 files in that output and I see the developers frequently
ask people if their build pulled in old versions of the libraries.

Hopefully that gives you something to go on. It sounds like it is trying
to link with some of the old 1.1 libraries which of course are missing the
new function symbols.
