   It might be nice to be able to attach a mime-type
   to the log template, to give alternative clients
   a hint about how to display it. That hint might
   also be useful for displaying alternative representations
   of the same template (plain text, html form, etc).

   I can see clients like TortoiseSVN might want to grow
   the ability to have a nice GUI form for completing
   portions of the template. I guess this could be done
   by parsing plain text, but a mime-type might help
   indicate to the client what it should do.
