There are some changes that we need in the client.

I guess I spoke too soon, we figured out how to get at least the
cmdline client working.
Had to make sure that com_err in e2fsprogs was found before the one in kerberos.

./configure --with-ssl --with-libs=/usr:/usr/kerberos --prefix=/usr
--disable-shared
