cmpilato was only -0, and clean code factorization sounds good to me.

 From what I've seen on the users@ list, a lot of newbies start out by
playing with file:/// urls, and they want to know about fs-backends
just as much as experienced admins setting up servers with
svnadmin/svnlook/svnserve.
