Ok, so you suggest that there is a dependency now in 'make install' that
does use svnversion somehow, although it is not that useful.

Could I suggest to move 'svnversion' stuff also as 'svn version' or 'svn
revision[s]', and maybe let svnversion be anyway? I mean, would it be a
reasonnable small and easy 'todo' item to be added in the issue tracker?
