In this case, I imagine anyone familiar with the Subversion code could
review the patch since it is really just making the C part of the JavaHL
work better. In my case, I actually merged and built it with 1.1.3 and
have been using it for over a month with Subclipse. I do not personally do
much where I need support for spaces, but I did test that it worked. Just
as important, is that it has not caused any regressions.
