linker/dl weirdness.

hi,

i did a test install of trunk into /opt/apache today.

all operations work fine unless repository access. not even file is
working. after a small strace session i found out that it has no
problems to load load the svn libraries in general. only for the
libsvn_ra_*.so it didnt even try /opt/apache/lib. adding it to the
LD_LIBRARY_PATH variable solved the problem. but i dont understand why
it finds all libraries except those? are they opened via dlopen()?

System: SuSE linux 9.2
apr+apache are trunk of today.
