[PATCH]: Add ipv6 listen support to svnserve

This patch adds the ability for svnserve to listen on ipv6 addresses.
You have to use --listen-host "::1" or something similar.
I added an svncheck6 to the makefile to test this.
All tests are passing so far :), i'll see the final results when i get
