[PATCH]: Update and fixes for FSF Directory entry of SVN

Hi,

It seems to be again a time to update FSF Directory entry of
Subversion. If nobody has any corrections, I could send this to
<bug-directory@gnu.org> after few days.

The current entry is here:
<http://directory.fsf.org/subversion.html>

The Directory and current entry can be checked out from savannah by:
export CVS_RSH="ssh"
cvs -z3 -d:ext:anoncvs@savannah.gnu.org:/cvsroot/directory co directory

It specially addresses following issues:

* Update the version of the latest release
* Correct documentation entry, the link was broken
* Correct help-list email address
* Correct url to the mailing list help page
* Correct IRC server address
