Yep, that's what I see, too (just checked with the commandline tool).
Interestingly, 'svn -v -u' on the same path does The Right Thing (TM), maybe
nobody ever thought of doing it that way ;-)

IMHO, this is a bug, '-u' should not change any recursion behaviour.

But thanks anyway for the info on the auth_baton, I'll take a look!
