We could do that, but then comes the next question: why doesn't svn lock
have --recursive? Well, we could add that too, but it would be a lot of
work (for the client and server, not for implementing), so I'm not sure we
want this. Also, we want directory locking in the future, maybe.

Another question is if it really will help in the situation mentioned
above. Won't people normally just get rid of their WC and forget about any
locks.
