As far as I'm aware, nobody currently is working on a translation of the
Subversion book into Polish.

Should you want to start such a project, I can recommend gathering some
interested co-translators and starting a project in the main Subversion
repository.

PS: it could be that O'Reighly is planning such a translation; you could try
to contact them. That's what they did for the german and french versions.
