Bad JavaSVN->mod_dav_svn interaction.

At http://tmate.org/svn/, I didn't see any bug-reporting address for
JavaSVN, so I'm sending this to support@tmatesoft.com.

It looks like JavaSVN can stimulate a bug in Subversion's server-side
(mod_dav_svn) code. The details are here:

   http://subversion.tigris.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=2199

We'll fix the server bug, of course. But we wanted to tell you about
it for two reasons:

   1. This might explain unexpected errors JavaSVN users are seeing.

   2. It may also be a bug in JavaSVN's code, in that JavaSVN is
      apparently sending non-canonicalized paths to the Subversion
      server.

Hope this helps,
-Karl Fogel
