I know that patches get rejected for several reasons. And I know it's
not just my patches. I just wanted to point out that (for me anyway,
since I don't know all the subversion code inside out) a patch which
would have implemented repository configs would have been rejected for
sure. That's why I didn't do it myself, and that's why I don't
understand such comments like "why didn't you write a patch for
subversion instead of the workaround in TSVN".
