yes, I did a clean checkout from tags/1.1.2. and builded it with all
components(http, nls, etc.) with bdb 4.3 under windows xp and visual
studio 2003.

As I said, I did a complete fresh checkout, it is nearly impossible that
I mixed the fresh checkout with an older version. Or does this fix just
lives in trunk?

ok, I have used the version from head now and it works beter. The
stress.pl stops now on conflicts while commiting but this sounds normal.

But why this does not happen if you use the stress.pl the way it is
recommended in the comments?
