[BOOK PATCH] warning about modifying transaction in hooks

History: a few weeks ago in the user list, someone asked (yet again)
about why their commit hook adding properties was failing randomly and
otherwise acting screwy. Ben C-S (I think) answered with the usual
"don't do that", and I commented that people were going to continue
trying this, and maybe there should be a big warning in the SVN book
about how doing this was a Bad Thing. Karl Fogel said "good idea, do
it", and I finally got a few minutes, here it is, patch against the 1.1
branch.

Feel free to do whatever you want with it. I'm not subscribed to the dev
list, so if you want me to notice a comment, please CC.
