As I understand it, this problem can be solved by changing the order in
which the server pushes updates to the client.

I made a brief attempt at this change and produced
<http://web.mit.edu/ghudson/tmp/case-diff>, but it caused test suite
failures, so I gave up. (My energy for Subversion at this particular
time is limited to small units of work.) If someone else wants to
polish that up, we could eliminate these complaints.

(I'm not suggesting that you, Nicklas Norling, would be a prime
candidate to do this work; this is targeted at the other developers on
the list who might be interested in this issue.)
