Count me in the camp that if a full committer vouches for a translation (or
the merits of the translator), then I'm perfectly happy with it's provenance.

If dlr had committed a source code patch from Laila Cory Rall, none of us
should have batted an eye - unless the code itself was questionable - but the
fact that he's a full committer grants him that initial benefit of a doubt.

I'm sure I'm stating the obvious, but what the heck... -- justin
