[BOOK] Note about web page to book translation projects

If you want your translation project to be more visible to
readers of the book, note that you can translate the web page at
http://svnbook.red-bean.com/. In the translated version of the
English page you can mention the existence of your translation
project, how to contact you, and put up snapshots of your work in
progress for others to download and give you feedback.
