[Book] images sources

Hi everyone

What kind of conclusion did we draw from our last discussion about the image
sources?

Will that take along time to ask O'Reilly for the exact sources? (I'm not
sure if I should wait with the images for the German translatians until we
have the exact sources or should I take Ovind's one in the norwegian-nb
folder, which are similar to the o'reilly one's. I don't want to do work
twice. If o'reilly give us the sources in Photoshop or something else and
give us the permisson to take it under our License I will repaint them in
Gimp, or convert it to a Gimp File (*.xcf)).
