German Translation of the SVN Book

Hello there,

I have a few questions concerning the german translation of the Subversion
Book. How can I get into contact with the person responsible for this work?
I would like to help completing this task a bit faster. I am a member of the
SelfLinux project (http://www.selflinux.org/), a project founded to build a
documentation of Linux as easy to read/understand as SelfHTML. We are
curious, whether we can include the german version of the "Subversion book"
into our project and under which licence we may do so. SelfHTML uses the GNU
Free Documentation License by default.
