You can check out http://svn.collab.net/repos/svn/branches/svnserver-ssl.

It should work, once you make it build. We don't have any autoconf for finding
OpenSSL right now; you'll need to hack on your Makefile yourself.

This functionality is being developed on a branch; it is not even part of
the official trunk, much less a release. It may not work. It may set
