Yes, *.o is defined in your ~/.subversion/config as being ignored:

global-ignores = *.o *.lo *.la #*# .*.rej *.rej .*~ *~ .#* .DS_Store CVS

To make svn import/add all files, comment this line out or edit it as
you like.
