Yes, but I wonder whether we could change this behavior until we're ready to
go to 2.x: this seems like a behavior we shouldn't alter willy-nilly. How
much documentation or third-party clients would we break? If/when we re-do
libsvn_wc entirely, perhaps we could alter the conflict behavior. -- justin
