[BOOK] Spanish project willing to use main repository

Hi.

After briefly discussing it on the Spanish mailing list, and having a
very well timed internet failure during the weekend, we agree we can
work with the main repository if the following conditions are met:

* Every current and future translators have write access to the
directory in the repository allocated to the translation of the
  book to Spanish.

* Translators do not need to join the developer or commit mailing
lists. The coordinator can relay the information (the former
manually through the Spanish mailing list, the latter with a
specific email forward rule on his/her machine) to translators
so they don't have to cope with the extra volume in emails.

* Log messages will be writen in English. The data of the files
  will be in iso-8859-1.

* Extra files will be placed in the directory allocated to the
translation. To see what kind of files,

    svn list svn://gradha.no-ip.org:3603/

Their content will be in Spanish. An English README file can be
provided too with general information about the project and file
contents, so non Spanish speakers understand what these files
  are for.

I believe these conditions have been discussed and accepted, but
just in case there they are again. I await for aproval/rejection.

PD: I'm surprised the Russian and Norwegian translations are not
in the main repository, especially with the recent announce from
Řyvind A. Holm about his project progress. Is their situation
different for not being in the main repository?
