Moving FSFS summary into documentation.

Greg, would you mind if

   http://web.mit.edu/ghudson/info/fsfs

...were incorporated into Subversion's documentation, with a
forwarding pointer left at the old location?

I'm assuming the book maintainers are okay with this. If they're not,
then we could put it in the notes directory, or make it a separate web
page, or something. But I see no reason for it to be maintained
separately anymore. I highly doubt its content is controversial, even
to the most rabid BDB champions among us.

If you'd like it to stay where it is, that's fine too. Either way,
once we establish a canonical location, we should make a FAQ entry
pointing at it. (There's already a link in the FAQ, but it's an aside
in a question about NFS.)
