Thank you for attaching it! I had a quick look at it and it looks nice.
There is one thing though: in the header you stated your own name, but the
Subversion project is used to mention its developers list in that field and
mention any contributers in the commit log. Nothing big, but it needs
adjusting before the file can go into the repository. This is documented in
TRANSLATING btw. Did you see that file? It's in the root of the Subversion
source tree.
