Thanks, Julian. It was actually committed (r10091), but had to be
reverted (r10099) because I forgot to update the test suite. It was not
fixed and recommitted because Karl felt that it could be viewed as an
API violation to change the output format of svnadmin load, and he used
the fact that our own test suite broke as an example.
