cvs2svn filtering?

From: Josef Wolf <jw_at_raven.inka.de>

Hello!

I am about to convert some repos from cvs to svn. While at it, I
would like to get rid of $Log$ contents and such things. Is there
any possibility to hook a script into cvs2svn which would be called
just after the tree is checked out from cvs? This way it would be
possible to make arbitrary modifications (stripping $Log$ for example)
to the files before they are committed into svn.
