Even if we do this, though, we still have the Apache/apr problem -- they
don't ship vcproj files and so we'd have to supply pre-converted ones
for every IDE version and every Apache version (at least where they get
changed). Bleh.

Does anyone know what Apache plans to do here if anything? Supply
vcprojs or generate them or are they happy with dsp's?
