Re: [PATCH] Include swig runtime in the Perl bindings

I just tried this patch, it appears to build libsvn_swig_perl as static.
It should also try not to install them (kill the install-swig-pl-lib target?)

While the name .lib/*.a now becomes to .lib/*.al, I'm not sure if I
should use those filename in LDFROM in Makefile.PL, or is there some
generic way to extract library name from libtool archive.
