Please be conservative with your commits.

Branch hasn't happened yet but everyone please be conservative with your
commits until it does. That means:

* 1.1 issues.
* translations
* bug fixes that you're really sure are right.

The only other thing that maybe should be committed would be the DLL for
the Windows build patch. I think some people kinda wanted that, but I'm
not sure if everyone was okay with this or what not. So if the Windows
guys want to hash this out real quick, that's fine by me. But if it
isn't handled by when the other two 1.1 issues get closed, I'm branching
without it.
