herding 1.1 issues into the corral

Stuff I think should *not* be in 1.1:

### new "HEAD-10" syntax stuff. We need more UI design first. We
don't want 1.1 users getting acclimated to a UI that's only
partially thought out. If we put it in 1.1, we may regret having
to support it/build on it for the next N years.

### 890: custom keywords: Still being debated on the list. I think
it's safe to say that this isn't going to be
resolved/committed/tested in the next few days.

### 1910: teach client to accept IRIs, not just URIs. Looks like no
real progress has been made on this. I doubt we can do this in
just a few days. Suggest we push to 1.2.

## 1586: DNS interruptibility. No consensus yet. Shall we just punt
   issue for now, do nothing?

------------------

Remaining 1.1 candidates:

### 1949 mod_authz_svn COPY bug: Is this a 1.1 showstopper or not?
Should we implement pseudo-O(N) copies, or just doc around it?

### 1861/1763 version check API: in progress, but branko and ghudson
need to come to an agreement on this, and branko/edmundhorner must
finish this week. Why are there two separate issues on this? Can
    they be merged?

### 1779 path canonicalization. jpieper has code in progress. Will
    this be finished soon?

### 1837: mod_authz_svn can't deal with repository with space in name.
Just an escaping bug in COPY method, should be simple to fix.
Sander, can you fix quickly? It's pretty embarrassing.

### 1807: colons in webdav propnames. This is in '1.1-consider" only
because it's of personal high-priority to breser. breser, are you
going to finish it this week? I know clkao cares about this too.

### 1795: svnadmin load computes wrong copyfrom-rev: issue contains
many iterations of a patch. Will someone volunteer to review and
    'own' this issue this week?

### 1947: possible data corruption bug. Already has a patch. Has no
milestone currently; worth putting into 1.1 this week? Does
someone want to review/apply the patch?

### 1715: speed up 'blame': Peter L has a patch. How close is it to
being done? Perhaps an svnserve person can help finish the patch?

### 1770: non-ascii path truncated by 'svn blame'. Peter L, how close
    are you to fixing this?

### .po files: Can we push translators to finish the remaining
untranslated strings? I suggest that Eric run his 'reminder'
script every day for the rest of the week. :-)

### As usual, even after we freeze, there are low-risk things we're
allowed to fix in the 1.1 branch without voting (as described in
    HACKING stabilization section):

        - documentation:
             - capitalized files (I'm already working on CHANGES)
             - book (after freezing 1.1, the book will truly fork!)
        - dist.sh and bookkeeping stuff
        - ? do we need to vote on .po patches after freezing?
