Tigris.org is running 2.6.0, not the most recent patchlevel but recent
enough. We just announced GA of what is essentially 3.0, and we'll be
rolling out upgrades over the course of time, so I don't know when
tigris.org would get its upgrade, but probably sometime in the next two
months.

The only fix needed for this was upping the memory used by the JVM that
does message and search indexing from 128MB to 512MB. Tigris.org isn't
maintained by the CollabNet ops team, it's maintained by the engineers on
this list and others like them, so we fix problems when we can.

If you want to help the "pathetic" state of Eyebowse, feel free to
contribute over at http://eyebrowse.tigris.org/.
