Just to clarify: apr-1.0 is not ABI-compatible with apr-0.9, which means
that httpd-2.0.x can't move to apr-1.0 because it has to maintain ABI
compatibility for modules. At least, that's my understanding.

This could open an interesting question: is the APR ABI part of
Subversion's external interface? We do export it with the SWIG bindings.
