[PATCH] Add _() for strings with revnums

Hi,

Now that we've replaced SVN_REVNUM_T_FMT, it got possible to add _() to
strings invlving revision numbers. Here's the patch to do that. It also
consistifies the (non)use of single quotation marks around revision
numbers.
