We could debate this for some time i think:-) Let's not do that. I use the
recommendations from the Swedish part of the GNU translation project. See
this link (in Swedish):

So I try to be consistent with other programs (for example, set your
locale to Swedish and do 'rm nonexistingfile' or something).
