It's an internal implementation detail of our particular WebDAV server.
It's likely to change at any time. A deltaV client "discovers" this URL
by asking a set of standard questions, and treats the resulting URL as
an opaque object. No client (or user) is allowed to make assumptions
about the server's internal syntax for such things.
