I'm using WinXP SP1 and using TortoiseSVN 1.0.3 as client.
My Subversion server is installed in Linux Redhat 8 and I'm using
svnserve.

I been fighting with an error (Commit failed: Can't recode string) and I
find out that it was originated by tha characters i used in the name of
directories (I used: ç,à and ã). After i chaged this chars the error was
no more.

If my assumptions are correct, I think that this error should be fixed
ASAP.
